Rocky Mountain Rebar was formed in 2015. This stand-alone sister company of Rocky Mountain Precast can provide you with straight reinforcing stock or processed reinforcing steel for your construction project needs. Rocky Mountain Rebar has invested heavily with modern process equipment and systems to ensure material can be processed accurately at a high volume rate. This is achieved using optimized shearing schedules, a barcode tagging system, and automatic processing equipment. The warehouse stocks approximately 400+ tons of #3 ~ #11 stock. This includes both ASTM A615 material and A706 material. Rocky Mountain Rebar can provide reinforcing shop drawings, bending schedules and placement lists. We also provide plastic chairs, tie wire and other bar supports to support your site needs. The processing facility is set up with two automatic stirrup machines pulling from both straight stock and coil. These automatic machines pull #3~#5 and can produce hundreds of different bend types from standard L bars, stirrups, to spirals. These machines have an accuracy of ±1/8inch so you know every stirrup is correct every time. There are two automatic shear lines and benders set up for processing larger reinforcing bars up to #11.
